We have the pleasure of receiving compliments from clients on our training courses.
As part of our qualification it is a requirement to complete a comprehensive first aid course. For a number of years now I have been referring trainees and employers to triple One Care both in Nelson and Marlborough as they offer a full course that can be completed in one day opposed to the two day course. Feedback from employers has been great and they really appreciate the fact they only lose their trainees off site for the one day instead of two.
I have also completed two courses with triple One Care over the last few years with a refresher course due late in the year which will be completed with triple one Care. I have personally found the courses very informative, easy to understand, well organized and run with tutors who are very passionate about providing high quality First aid training.
I would without hesitation, recommend Triple One Care to any organisation or individual seeking First Aid skills.

To whom it may concern,
In the past month, 27 of my drivers were required to sit Level I First Aid.
The initial problem I had with organising this at short notice was trying to find something suitable for our drivers that wouldn’t impact and conflict with their working hours and ability to eam money. The other issue was finding something competitively priced.
We found both Brian and Pauline at Triple One Care Nelson to be delightful. They were very helpful and I was extremely pleased with how quick and painless they made the whole process for me. It’s oten very hard trying to organise these taxi drivers. We were on a very strict time schedule and due in the most part to both Brian and Pauline, we managed to get everyone completed on time.
All of our drivers stated they found the practical aspect of the course to be very informative and relevant to their day to day life as a taxi driver. They also liked how they didn’t have to spend a whole day stuck in a classroom.
Most of our drivers are older and many of them are not very tech sawy. For this reason some of them found navigating their way around the online theory course to be slightly tricky and confusing. However, we managed to get everyone through it without too much hassle. "Thank you to Brian and Pauline for your help and we will definitely be using Triple One Care Nelson again in the near future. I have another lot of drivers to put through the course.
Kind Regards

Dear Andre‘
We wish to place on record with you our appreciation for the service your company has provided for our staff over the previous nine years - with conducting of the First Aid training programmes and including the registration of the unit standards to NZQA.
We further appreciate the flexibility and understanding you and your staff have demonstrated when due to circumstances beyond our control - we are required to otter our operations and have to delay / transfer our staff - at sometimes short notice ~ to alternative training days!
Yours truly

To ensure mountain bike events are run safely and professionally, having competent and reliable first aid providers on site to take care of any injury or difficult extraction from often steep and unforgiving terrain is paramount.  Andre and his team have provided this service in a manner that inspires confidence for all involved.  I know that with Triple One Care on site at these events, I won’t have any concern with the level of care any injured participant will receive or the skill and professionalism involved in initial treatment and transfer to hospital if necessary.

Below is a range of feedback from staff at Nelson College who completed the Triple-One-On-Line First Aid Course (TOOL Course)
  • A good mix of Theory/Practice. On line part good.
  • Great to be able to do the theory on-line and have the practical only take a morning
  • I thought that it was a great course.
  • I enjoyed the course.  It was difficult to get the blood off afterwards!
  • It was very beneficial doing the theory on line, for most of us this was a chance to go over information we have been taught but was great to refresh and focus and get our head around new ideas.
  • The practical session related well to the theory and gave us a chance to put the theory into practice through role play and other activities. Excellent course.
  • Efficient way to do the course – theory first online. Instructors very helpful. Scenarios a useful learning experience. Good amount of hands on time, useful to be able to practise and get feedback at the same time.
For Nelson College, the day went extremely well.  Relief costs were kept to a minimum even though we had twenty two staff members attending.  The on line component meant our staff could complete the theoretical aspects in their own time and at their own pace and for most the scenario aspects was a half day course.
