Each and every event is different and the requirements for medical cover are as diverse as the events themselves. Due to this we do not publish a 'price list' as a small school fete is unlikely to need a paramedic crewed ambulance and a charity abseil would not fulfil the terms of their insurance if they had a sole first aider with minimal kit.

All of our event medical cover packages are varied and tailored to the individual needs of the organisers. We can also organise medical risk assessments to help quantify the level of cover required to ensure that everything meets the standards required. Members of our staff are also available to attend multi agency planning group meetings for large events.

 

With a network of fully qualified First Aiders across the country we provide experienced support at hundreds of events in New Zealand throughout the year.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

  1. On the occasion of any contract, agreement or booking with Triple One Care (TOC) being cancelled, amended or re-scheduled charges shall apply in accordance with the period of notification for cancellation, amendment or re-scheduled received by TOC.
  2. Should the event continue beyond the scheduled times indicated, a charge equal to the hourly rate of the quoted price may be charged to the customer.
  3. All additional resources, including but not limited to medic and event supplies shall be charged the confirmed booking price.
  4. Neither party shall be liable for any default due to ‘Force Majeure’ (an ‘act of God’).
  5. All cancellation or amendment costs shall be due immediately for payment.

      The charges and period of notice are:

  • Notification not received or received 7 days or less before the event - 100% of the quoted event fee applies.
  • Notification received 8 - 14 days before the event - 50% of the quoted event fee applies.
  • Notification received 15 days or more before the event - no fee applies.

Note:  Large events quoted over $2,000 (ex-GST) require a non-refundable 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking confirmation.
