To ensure mountain bike events are run safely and professionally, having competent and reliable first aid providers on site to take care of any injury or difficult extraction from often steep and unforgiving terrain is paramount. Andre and his team have provided this service in a manner that inspires confidence for all involved. I know that with Triple One Care on site at these events, I won’t have any concern with the level of care any injured participant will receive or the skill and professionalism involved in initial treatment and transfer to hospital if necessary.

A good mix of Theory/Practice. On line part good.

Great to be able to do the theory on-line and have the practical only take a morning

I enjoyed the course. It was difficult to get the blood off afterwards!

It was very beneficial doing the theory on line, for most of us this was a chance to go over information we have been taught but was great to refresh and focus and get our head around new ideas.

The practical session related well to the theory and gave us a chance to put the theory into practice through role play and other activities. Excellent course.

Efficient way to do the course – theory first online. Instructors very helpful. Scenarios a useful learning experience. Good amount of hands on time, useful to be able to practise and get feedback at the same time.
For Nelson College, the day went extremely well. Relief costs were kept to a minimum even though we had twenty two staff members attending. The on line component meant our staff could complete the theoretical aspects in their own time and at their own pace and for most the scenario aspects was a half day course.
